Rosenda McCook is the Founder and CEO of M&M Property Services, a fullservice real estate firm that encompasses real estate sales, property management and commercial cleaning. Birthed in 2009 as M&M Cleaning Solutions, the company quickly became the preferred vendor to service several condominium communities. In 2021 the company emerged by combining rental leasing with apartment turnovers while allowing a division of M&M Cleaning Solutions to branch into the government contracting procurement space. By combining these strategies, this company brings a unique blend of expertise in these interconnected fields, ensuring that their clients’ properties not only shine aesthetically but also perform optimally in the market.

Rosenda was introduced to real estate in 2000 through Homeowner Association Management (HOA) where she managed large-scale communities. During her professional career, from 2010 -2016 she served as the General Manager of 2,698 townhome/single family units on 610 acres in Laurel, MD. Included with management of this large-scale portfolio came the responsibility to manage the architectural and aesthetic guidelines for 4 condominium buildings, 3 apartment complexes and 6 commercial retail entities. Another primary role in this position was to draft and facilitate the adoption of the Association’s $6M annual budget along with maintenance and repair of their sizable recreational facilities.

Rosenda holds a real estate and property management license in both the District of Columbia and Maryland, she’s licensed as a Maryland Title Insurance Producer and is commissioned as a Maryland Notary Public. With 20+ years in the HOA industry Rosenda continues to be active on the Community Association Institute (CAI) Membership and Event Planning Committees. This ongoing involvement has her well placed to now serve as the Membership Chair for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Bethesda Chapter. In this role she aims to foster a sense of unity and support to the chapter’s new members.

Rosenda resides in Frederick, Maryland with her husband Paul and her favorite hobbies include walking, hiking or kayaking on the beautiful water trail of Montgomery County’s Black Hills State Park.
