Yolanda McCray has been in the 1102 career field since 2013. She has with the National Institutes of Standard and Technology since 2022 as a Senior Contract Specialist.

 

Ms. McCray holds a FAC-C Level III and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Procurement and Contract Management.
